I was Lead Designer behind Metro Bank’s 2025 brand refresh, directing its rollout across all assets. Central to this was the Relationship Line, which I used as both a visual device and a storytelling tool, connecting staff to customers, imagery to messaging, and reinforcing that banking is built on relationships.
